Those Darn Kids

Second generation Potter/Weasley/Lupin/Malfoy kids. It was fun trying to think of different ways to combine the characters. I tried to do more than just add various features together, and some genetic combinations were more successful than others. I wasn't trying to make them the ages they are in the epilogue...they're all just general teenage..age. And can you tell I was messing around with skintones?

Something that started in my notes, for some random reason. The background is really boring due to my lack of planning and lack of interest in going back and fixing things. Anyway. Some of them turned out more interesting than others, but in case it's not clear who everyone is, let's go through, shall we? Top to bottom, left to right:

Teddy Lupin: I couldn't resist giving him Lupin's sideburns. Awesomeness must be continued. And I know he's past Hogwarts age in the epilogue, but in the interest of continuity, here he is.

Victoire Weasley: Meh.

Scorpius: Also known as the most spoiled grandchild ever. But look at that face! Wouldn't you spoil him too?

Hugo Weasley: How old do you think he is when he changes his name? I figure both Weasley kids have their mom's study habits, but Hugo tries to cover it up.

Rose Weasley: Any eye contact between her and Scorpius is purely coincidental.

Albus Potter: Come on, JK...Albus?? It's okay for an old man, but why did you punish the young? I figure cuteness was good compensation in this case.

Lily Potter: Her hair was inspired by a girl in one of my classes. It's french braids, in case that's not clear.

James Potter: OK. Harry. Remember your godfather? Remember that guy who dies trying to save you? The one who escapes jail to find you? Who risks capture, jail and possible death to help you? Did you just forget all about when named your memorials? Er, kids. Anyway, Harry, I know Snape is great and all and loved your Mum and did some stuff to help you out, but COME ON, you don't name your kids after people who hated your guts. You just don't.

Or, in other words, I gave James Sirius's hair, because Sirius deserves SOME recognition.

Anyway, whew, I'm glad this one is done. I'm not so glad Harvey the tablet is being all freaky and weird.

JKR is Queen of the kids.

EDIT: Can you tell I changed some stuff? Yeah. It was bothering me how unfinished it looked, and so I thought I would do a few minor repairs. I didn't really count on these minor repairs taking longer than doing it in the first place, but it looks DONE now so I'm content. Also, just a few side notes:
1) OK, so James's middle name is Sirius. STILL.
2) I did make Victoire a Ravenclaw, partly because I meant to the first time. And I know I changed some of the other houses, but I got all sad thinking about splitting up siblings so they all wound up in Gryffindor. Family unity! Yes!
3) Something else I forgot.
4) Oh yes. If you prefer the other version, I'm throwing it into my scraps.
