Yeah, so I read Breaking Dawn yesterday and...I have a lot of opinions on it. There were some things I liked, some things I didn't really care for, a lot of things I didn't care for one way or the other...Overall...meh. It's over and whatever. Side note: I hate page 360. I saw it coming and it was just as awful when it did.
OH, the sketches. Yes. So, Vampire Bella on the left. I'm planning to color it sometime, hopefully soon, and then she'll look a little more vampiric. As for now, hopefully she looks a little more dramatic and gorgeous than before. Next to her is Renesmee. And you know what? Albus Severus got off easy. And then, of course, a bit of Jacob, down in the bottom right. The whole book I pictured him with longer hair, wearing a motorcycle jacket, but I decided to follow the canon. He *is* shirtless but the scanner took all the uh, detail out of it. Jacob Jacob Jacob. You broke my heart a bit, I have to say. Anyhoo, sorry for the scanning quality--I'm not at school at the moment so I have to make do with what I gots. In a few weeks I'll update it with a better version. Breaking Dawn, etc., belong to Stephenie Meyer. Oh, and if you would like to comment on the book and not the sketches, or both or whatever, feel free! EDIT: I colored Bella! [link] Go me! EDIT #2: Rescanned. I think my scans would go better if I didn't draw half the page darker than the other half. Or half a drawing darker than the other half. I should work on that. |

I am kind of lukewarm about Breaking Dawn...I'll probably get more into my opinions in a journal in a few weeks. But yeah, I take issue with a lot of things. What did you love about it?
And Renesmee? Not from the census records...
